Managers take turns drafting performers in a “serpentine” method, i.e. the owner who picks 1st in the odd rounds picks last in the even rounds.

When the manager before you made his pick you have 24 hrs to make yours. So you should take a look in this thread every 24 hrs to avoid missing your pick. If someone doesn't reply within 24 hrs the next one in line may pick.

But beware of the "Babe of the Week" syndrome : some girls can happen to emerge from the 189th sopot to the top 10, stay there for a few days then come back to the 189th spot. This kind of girl will bring you a lot of point in that week and none in the weeks after. You gotta pick babes that are gone rank well every week.

The draft begins on Monday, Midnight UTC (time.is/UTC). That is in about 14 hours. Too fast has 24 hrs from midnight to make the first overall draft pick. After too fast made his choice, the second in line, Johan, has 24 hrs to pick his first babe.

If the clock runs out and a team has failed to submit a draft pick, the next team in the draft order gets to pick and the draft keeps on going until the team that didn't get their pick in finally submits it.
