Yes, it is, and this strategy did and does work on rare occasions. It works better, when the opponent stands behind the goalie, when the ball gets thrown in the air for the kick forward. Once the ball has left the goalkeepers hands, it's free game for every player, and so these plays are so wonderfully sneaky nad humiliating for the goaly
