My candidate for the "Came first, still active"-prize would be "nastyfalcon". Joined 2003-03-09, has 4.806 posts, last active in October, 2017.

Or, for a real big player, "GibbsGrad2002", with a whopping 13,196 posts, he joined 2003-06-07, and last posts is from December, 2017

I definitely would not award it to someone who simply has not bothered to inactivate their account and not posted in a long time so Para and lordmerchant are out. I would agree that it would be between nastyfalcon, who has 3 months on GibbsGrad but, GibbsGrad has a lot more posts. Still, 4800 posts isn't exactly a lame effort so I would have to give the final nod of approval to nastyfalcon. So....nastyfalcon, wherever you are, contact me to claim your prize! Or not....your call.
