I'm also glad it won't be happening. As heated and crazy as things get on the boards, I can only imagine how volatile it could get in chat. A huge headache for mods and admin.

I totally agree with you and I'm sure that's one of the main reasons. A chat room would have to be moderated too and the members wouldn't like that. This is a very large board, the mods have enough to do here and it would only be nothing but chaos. I agree that we don't need one.

I once suggested a program that people could use for this purpose, but it was never really used by anyone. :dunno:

Okay, it was a crappy program, but it did offer IM for some random chat with anyone who logged on to it.

It wouldn't let me join as LadyLove said someone is already using that username. went in for one minute after not even being verified . It has too many glitches for my taste. Too messed up for me. So be aware everyone, I'm not there and won't be, so if someone named LadyLove is talking to you it isn't me.
