If the posts have 5 or less in between them, they will get merged, now keep in mind, that this might actually affect you as well if you decided to get in on the action since a merge might mean that what used to be 5 posts in between yours might become only 4. I saw a lot of this last time I went through this thread.
If I leave the posts of some people up with less than 5 in between then a whole slew of people will start to accuse those guys of being favorited and given an unfair advantage.

Walking through the streets of Soho in the rain.
He was looking for a place called Lee Ho Fux,
Gonna get a big dish of beef chow mein.
Then it seems unfair to those of us who ARE following the rules. I'm pretty sure if a bunch of my posts that followed the rules hadn't been merged I would've won a t-shirt. In fact, I KNOW I would've gotten one because I counted the posts that were gonna get merged, and I was that number of posts past a winning post.
