What a catchy headline!
In the part of town where I live, we have these automats:
There are slots with sterile syringes, needles, spoons, lemon extract, etc. Cost 50 cents each.
As you won't stop **** users from shooting up, you can do the city a favor by keeping them from spreading HIV etc around. In the end, that would a ) cost a LOT more, and as they get in contact with non-users via sex and so on, b ) you keep a lot more people safer.
So, do you think this is a good thing?
