So they specifically requested information on how to target voting groups by race. Then they immediately enacted laws to target voting groups by race. Bravo republicans, on not even bothering to pretend you're not trying to suppress voters anymore.

No dumb fuck. To pass legislation you generally research your proposed legislation and actually view it before you pass it, not afterwards like Nancy Pelosi was fond of doing.
No blacks were disenfranchised, in fact blacks don't seem to have any objections to presenting identification or getting to polling places. Moreover, it had been revealed that voting precincts in minority communities are more accessible than in non minority neighborhoods.
