I used to be a forklift operator and where I worked I heard about something like this happening once, only I think it was worse. The dude caused so much damage, it took several people like a week to clean up the mess.

Luckily no one was badly hurt...the forktruck operator injured his leg though...at least he had some ******* handy to put on his wounds
