No. He has an irrational need to create new threads.
Does he know there is a blog function now? So if he wanted to post every little opinion and video he finds on the web he could post it there regardless of topic and those who are interested could go there and nobody would bother him.
No he probably doesn't know about that feature. Someone should tell him though.

It doesn't matter if someone tells him. He simply has such a need for attention that he'll continue to create new threads. It is not logical or rational, but it comes from a deep psychosis that demands drawing attention to himself.
