FO credits reminder/ email notifications

I looked through my account preferences in the My FO section but can't see a way to turn off email notifications for credits reminders?
I just used to my FO credits a month or two ago to get new FO gear.. I have no intention of using the rest of my credits anytime soon until they accrue to the right amount for more of the FO gear I want to shoot in..

but I'm getting email notifications every single day reminding me I have credits.. any way to fix this or have it email me less frequently?
I don't want to turn off FO emails altogether since I get the newsletter and whatnot.. is that the only way though?

I reported it to Regina some time ago. They reduced for a while but are now coming thick and fast.
