I bought my first car in 1986. It was a car I knew all my life owned by an old man in my town.
1966 Rambler Marlin. 287 V8.
they only made 4,700 of them.
Put it up for sale on the side of the highway and a tractor trailor creamed it. Dead.
Killed my Marlin.

I've found found a picture of one with the same exact color scheme.

1992 Mazda Navajo (Ford Explorer copy).

I treated that thing like shit. Ran over mailboxes, trashcans, and off-road in mud. Had it for about 3 years and then the transmission finally crapped out. What sucked was the transmission would take awhile to get into drive gear. I would have to sit there in drive for like 15 mins revving the engine until it slipped into gear.

Mr. Daystar

In a bell tower, watching you through cross hairs.
My first ride was a midnight blue, 1986 Ford Ranger S, I bought it brand new for $8600. It was a bare bones, vinyl bench seat, 4cyl. 5 spd, with no radio...not even an AM. I put a stereo in that little fucker, that would blow your head off, jacked up the rear end, and threw on a set of Craiger SS mags, and a big fat set of 60's on the back...it was bad ass. My second was a 4WD Ford Ranger XLT, bought it new, left it stock. Currently, a Chevy K2500 4WD, bought it new, chugs gas like a frat boy chugs beer, but it's 10 years old, and it only has 50,000mi. on it.
