Firefox?

The latest version of Firefox (3.5) has private browsing. I'm using that now. Doesn't store any cookies or history. "Control, Shift and 'P'" together toggles in and out of Private Browsing.

I won't use IE unless there is something that just won't open in Firefox (increasingly rare anymore).

Even then you can probably open it in FF using the IEtab add on.
You can be pretty certain that anything fancy in IE had been copied from FF or one of its addons.

For those who want to know, Private Browsing is located under 'Tools' in the Firefox 3.5.x menu now.

I had a major problem with 3.5.0 giving me insane loading times at each start-up, but 3.5.1 fixed that, so I'm still using that browser exclusively. Have been ever since version 1.0, even!

I have been known to silently install Firefox on friend's machines when they're not looking. Best friendship test ever. ;)

The main reason I love FF is all the flashy banner BS is gone. I have a few sites that don't work very well in FF so I have to IE tab them and it's blinding to go from no flash banners to all this sparkling twinkling shit.

Another reason I love firefox is the foxmark feature. You can save your bookmarks and then retrieve them anywhere. This means if you need to re-install your PC, just save your bookmarks and then retreive them again when you're ready.

Yeah I really love the extensive system of bookmarks and added functionality you can get through add-ons like FoxMarks. And if you're like me, and like productivity enhancers, Ubiquity is a lifesaver.
