Personally,this list is null and void due to the exclusion of Kate Beckinsale.

I totally understand what you are saying,but I kinda don't buy it.If they were making a list by popularity for the year,then it should've been called "Hottest" and not "Sexiest".

Seems like most of this list is made up of models that no one has even heard of.Kate has a more relevant career than someone like Andrej Pejic,whom I've never even heard of.Hot,but never heard of her.

Furthermore,the order of the list is bogus as well.I like Anne Hathaway,but there is no way in hell that she is "sexier" than someone like Alessandra Ambrosio or Zoe Saldana.

Fuck all of these lists.

I think what happenes is, the readers of the magazine are given 5 spaces to write down 5 of thier favorite sexiest/hottest women out there, send them into the magazine HQ, & then the magazine just tally up all the numbers of everyone who is written down & come up with the top 100 that way.
Of course there are women who didnt make the top 100, & for all we know, Kate Beckinsale may have come #101 but didnt get published cos she didnt make it.

The list is always a joke. Its probably put together by some douchebag that knows nothing about sexy but reads the weekly rags and people magazine. I swear that every year his boss walks into the douchebags office and says " Damn, I forgot about that list again...give me 100 names of sexy women and put them in some random order...I need the list in 30 minutes"
