In fact i take extra security measures compared to porn valley shooting, with an extra test onsite: in few words all the guys are not older than one week fully tested (hiv 1 and 2 and STDs) and they also get tested again on site one hour before the gangbang for HIV by a doctor with a quick test. It's not expensive, no. From my calculations it would cost a producer something like 10 bucks per actor the test and probably 30 bucks to hire a paramedic for 10 mins.

Would that take care of the issue pretty quickly? Yes, it would. Why is it not even considered? Because the issue is not and has never been performers' safety for anti porn campaigners and governmental agencies and because the adult industry is not and has never been united and everybody just think of today, because tomorrow who knows what will happen, but better more money now than planning for more money tomorrow. With due exceptions of course, but those exceptions are not enough to drive all the rest of us towards what should be done.
