Anthony Bourdain, although he's not really a chef anymore as he is a personality.

Jamie Oliver...don't know how great of a chef he is, but I have mad respect for him because of all the work he does with trying to change the school systems in the UK, and now trying to change the way people in the US eat.

and Tyler Florence, because if we're basing this solely on physical appearance...well he's just nice to look at.

Michel Roux Jnr. Not on very often, but is one hell of a great chef. His Sous chef Monica Galetti is currently co-hosting Masterchef: The professionals, before he takes over later on in the competition.

A friend of mine ate at one of his restaurants a few months ago and said it was the best thing he's ever eaten. I suppose that counts for something!
