But I think Im still the biggest fan of 50 Cent, Nelly and Ludacris.

I can't name my favourite pornstar, cuz I have a lot. The same situatuion is with the music, I do not understand how can you have one and only favourite performer (or even genre). I like a lot of different styles, in different moods and for different purposes (to have a rest, to dance for it, to fall asleep, as a background, to have a party, to walk listening to it, for sport etc.)

Grandmaster Flash - The Message
Herbaliser - a lot of stuff (one of my fav groups)!
Jungle Brothers - Black Man On Track (and a lot of)
LL Cool J - early oldschool stuff from mid and late 80'ies
MC Shan
Stetsasonic
Rakim - How I Get Down (and more)
Lyrics Born (Latyrx) - Rise and shine, Bad dreams (and a lot of other great tracks!)
Ralph Dog - Dipsomanic
Dalek
A Tribe Called Quest
Blackalicious - blazing arrow, deception
King Britt - cobbs creek
Jurassic 5
Artifacts - Flexi With Da Tech(nique)
Swollen members - deep end
Jigmastas - Dont Get It Twisted
leftfield - Dusted
pharcyde - fish in the sea
Del The Funkee Homosapien
Cannibal Ox
Oktober
The Gift Of Gab
Blurum 13

"Favorite rapper" is an oxymoron. If the question were "Which rapper do you hate most" I could answer based on what my roommates listen to. Unfortunately I don't know names, but it shouldn't be too hard to decipher. They all have names like Lil' this or MC that. Or I could just skip that process altogether and say that I can't stand anything that's rap or rap-related.

i'm assuming there are alot of people who hate rap on here.

I don't like rap normally, but I love Lose Yourself by Eminem.. Honestly I think everyone secretly loves that song. And I've heard a few other rap songs that have tickled my fancy but Lose Yourself would be my fave, so I would say Eminem. :]

xx

I don't much care for rap....in fact I can't listen to it now. But I did go through a period of time I enjoyed Eminem's work, about eight years ago. His first two albums were pretty good.

I can't stand it now though. :(

That's a good song. A dope beat too. I wanna make a beat like that. :)

I thought I already posted in this thread a while ago, but I didn't see myself, sooo:
Outkast
Ludacris
MC Chris (my favorite white rapper)
Method Man
I listen to various tracks by Kanye, Memphis Bleek, T.I., & Pastor Troy but I wouldn't consider myself a big fan or anything.

this thread sucks dick in hell

HA HA HA! I wasn't aware that William Shakespeare was even alive, let alone posting at Freeones!

Eminem
Ludacris
50 Cent
TI
Ying Yang Twins
Lil Jon
Pitbull
Paul Wall
Jay-Z
2Pac
Biggie
Dr. Dre
Snoop Dogg
Busta Rhymes
Missy Elliot

Ok, this is one of my favorite internet message board mental deficiencies. The thread title is "Favorite Rapper"- that means ONE! Favorite would mean just one guy or gal that is your favorite rapper. The thread title didn't say- "Hey, list a bunch of rappers you've heard of".

Oh, and my favorite rapper is Vincent Price, from Michael Jackson's "Thriller"

The thread title is "Favorite Rapper"- that means ONE! Favorite would mean just one guy or gal that is your favorite rapper.

why do not you admit that some people just do not have one and single favourite? the more you listen (or, in general - the more you know about any subject of discussion, whether it would be a "favourite car", "favourite singer" or movie star), the wider your preferences are! and what's the deal to formally follow the strict title of the thread, rather than broad it if you feel like you can express something more informative?

I think that threads like that are about to express the tatse of the user, and to represent the level of their enlightenment and understanding of that particular topic. can't see nothing wrong in a long lists of artsits, cuz is shows a much more vivid cutoff than just a single artist. I hardly believe that any big connoisseur of any art can name his one favourite.

there are thousands of rappers which are direct opposites of each other in the industry. and it appeals to me when I see a few names that fit my taste among other replies, its about understanding and having same values.

Immortal Technique, Vinnie Paz and Dead Prez.
