favorite college football teams..

Buckeyes.

Yeah we lost the past two years, I get it. But every year is new. At least we keep beating Michigan and that's all that matters. Plus we signed Tyrell Pryor, the #1 rated dual threat QB prospect in the country. And let's face, we may have lost the big ones but winning 95% of our games every year is something to be proud of.

Kent State & Ohio State

Hey now, they're only my second favorite Pac 10 team. I've always been an Oregon fan first.

And sorry, but based on my experience USC is the worst university in the galaxy, hands down :1orglaugh

Did you see any highlights of Dennis Dixon yesterday? I think he will actually be a great NFL QB someday. Much better than Vince Young. Dennis Dixon is a more accurate passer..though neither are on the level of Matt Leinart!

I think I am the only Trojan fan who actually likes the Oregon uniforms. I am a bit jealous of the close relationship they have to Nike. The Oregon Women's Soccer team has sweet looking unis too. I guess they want to field a baseball team soon too.

The worst college uni in America is the Oregon State Beavers uni. :pukey:

Cal, UCLA.
Penn State and Florida State until their coaches retire.
Whoever's playing USC, Stanford, Ohio State, and Miami (Fla.)

Why is Georgia rated so high?? Sure they ought to be a good team but not #1. IMO I think Georgia will be like michigan last year. Georgia has such a hard schedule this year.

i agree, i do not think that Georgia will even make a BCS bowl this year. They play in the SEC, arguably the toughest conference in the nation, maybe the guys who make the polls made too much of their slaughter of a OKAY team in hawaii.:dunno:

I think the SEC is going to be down, actually. Tennessee is going to be average. Auburn is changing over to the Spread Offense--from what I read--they will have to adjust to that new scheme. Alabama is on the rise with Saban, but they're still a year away from being Top 15. LSU lost Perriloux and don't have much on offense that looks fearsome. Arkansas is a bottomfeeder this year. The Gamecocks are average. FLorida could be loaded. The Mississippi schools are in rebuild mode.

The SEC is ripe for the taking and it looks like Georgia/Florida are the most complete teams heading into Fall.

You forget Kentucky? They should have at least as good of a season as they had last year

I actually think USC is going to be better... their defense is going to be good this season. UGA is good, so is UF and UT but they will beat each other up a little. Same in the West, LSU and AU probably have the most talent followed by Bama, OM and MSU, but there will be a dog fight for the trip to Atlanta.

I think there are 6 or 7 teams that could win the SEC this year with some good QB play, good defense, and a little luck. Should be fun to watch!

Personally I can't wait for the Bama-Clemson opener in the GA Dome on the 30th... RTR!

Yea I do think the SEC will be down a little bit but overall they will still have some good teams. The east is stacked. tennessee who will have an average year, Florida who is locked and loaded along with georgia. The sleeper in the east is southcarolina. watch out for them. As for the west I think auburn will come out on top but the team I would watch out for is ole miss. All in all I think there will be some pretty good games in SEC.

Its got to be the best football program in the country, and the most winning program... yes the Michigan Wolverines. They have the best field, Michigan Stadium also known as The Big House. I've been there a couple times and was also at the Appalachain State game. GO BLUE!

Have you attended any of your "favorite" colleges or universities or do you have some familial or historical ties to these schools? If not, I would question the loyalty to these schools. For example, a very sexy neighbor of mine just got a tattoo of a university she has never been to on her lower back....peculiar?

Ohio State destroys.....cept in National Title games. We save those for getting blown out. Hope we can pull out another run this year baby!

Yea there are alot of ban wagon fans out there. As for me I am attending the university of florida right therefore I am a gator, but I grew up as an auburn fan. For some reason over the years I have like usc. I really like the school. they got a great band they always have a good team plus the college is beautiful and It is located in L.A.
