Mario 3 was very good but Ninja Gaiden on NES is my favorite by far. Hard as fuck though.

Elite on C64. still unbelievable what complexity David Braben has created for this machine. Winter Games was great fun as well - fav discipline was biathlon. sure Pirates (first version) was awesome as well :thumbsup:
there are many other games which i have enjoyed as much as the above... like fort apocalypse, uridium, delta, saxxon (stavros fasoulas scroll-techniques have ruled!) or raid over bungling bay. but most names i've forgotten.. must be about 20 years that i've played c64 games.. :sentimental:

I grew up on the beach and boardwalk in south jersey in the 70, 80's, played em all. every week the arcades would get a new game. Guess it was the golden age of video games. I was the first *** on my block to get to act IV on Ms. pacman....
