Favorite Breakfast From The Frozen Aisle At The Grocery Store

Had a nice breakfast this morning. Made one of those Jimmy Dean Meat Lover Breakfast Bowls and 2 Buttermilk Eggo Waffles to go with it.

What kind of frozen breakfast do you like from the grocery store?

I have yet to have a prepared breakfast food such as these that I enjoy. I know I'm a bit of a food snob, but I'm just not into these things. Breakfast food is so easy to make from scratch, and it isn't expensive, either.

This morning, for example. Slow morning, so a couple of poached eggs on thickly sliced ham on English muffins topped with a Hollandaise sauce. Took about 10 minutes. Delish.

The thing I like about the frozen stuff is not only the lack of work to prepare but hardly any clean-up. I use one plate and one fork. Your breakfast sounds way better though as I really enjoy some good Eggs Benedict.

Eggo Blueberry and Strawberry frozen waffles are essential. 10 pack for $1.88-2.50 each? It's rare to find such great buys these days.

When you find a good sale stock up on the item. I really enjoyed my Eggo Buttermilk Waffles. Thinking about using the waffles like bread to make breakfast sandwiches. I'd still put butter and syrup in there.
