Mine is a chinese restaurant inside the Gold Coast Casino, Ping Pang Pong. Excellent food every time, regular people prices (IMO, the Gold Coast, in general, is the best regular people casino in Vegas), Dim Sum carts during lunch (see No Reservations: Hong Kong), terrific menu for dinner, open late, pretty Chinese girls running around, and I'm the perfect distance away for calling in take-out. And, oh yeah, the place is always flooded with Chinese/Asian diners (which I admit, is not always the best barometer). The best thing about this place is all the food is authentic. Nothing is "Americanized" or watered down. Your chicken feet taste the way chicken feet should. :1orglaugh

Honorable mention to the Big Texan Steakhouse in Amarillo, TX. I stopped in there on my last road trip to/from Chicago. If you watch the Travel Channel at all, you've seen this place. It's the one where if you eat the 72 oz. steak, with fixin's, you get it free. I didn't try it, obviously, but I had a terrific rib-eye. When the food comes out that good, during lunch hour, I give the place my thumbs-up.
