Fantasy Football 2008

...something ive always wondered how to paticipate in; i'd probably never win at it, being a die-hard Carolina Panthers fan..:o i'd like some info on it, though..:mail:

I'm looking for a legacy league ...

I started playing fantasy football a decade ago, but not once have I been able to find a league that is legacy.
I.e., a league where you keep most (if not all but a few) players between years and redraft.

So since my friends are losers in real life (I never finished under .500 out of all my years, but they whine every year),
I'd be interested in joining a FreeOnes league as long as there was somewhat of a legacy option (keep at least 1 player per skill position).

Otherwise, I really don't want to put much effort into building a team only to lose it the following year.
It really pisses me off when I kept injured stars on my roster because people promised a legacy league, but then whine when they don't finish even .500 and don't want to next year.

It's best not to be a single team's fan, because you're building a team of individual players.
Especially when some of those players are ones that play against your favorite team, and you want them to do well for you.

I just joined.

How are we going to do the draft? I noticed you made it an offline draft. You planning on doing it on freeones? Cuz I would rather use the yahoo online system.

It costs money.

In other fantasy leagues, we just get on AOL or Yahoo IM in a chat room and do it.

I've done a few online drafts on Yahoo fantasy. They were all free.

Plus it makes the whole process easier when you get to use the Yahoo live draft system.

They do have add ons that you can purchase to "help" you have a better draft but I've never purchased any of those extras.

Glad to see we are doing the live draft on Yahoo, ChrisM.
