Usually I prefer fake tits,unless they are ugly(=operation didn`t come out good and result looks just plain....well,ugly).

Note that "looks ugly" does not equal here to "looks fake".
They may be very sexy and beautiful in my eyes even if you can see it right from the first glimpse that there`s absoluttely nothing but silicone in them.Actually thats quite sexy in my eyes.
And if you would hear me complaining about them being too big,then I quess the lady in question would have some serious problems standing straight with that rack....
But again,big size does not help much if they look ugly.Size isn`t everything and smaller ones may be better if the shape is more beautiful.

I like real tits best, the hanging and sagging can really be sexy. Fake is ok, but women tend to get carried away and you have a 5'2" 36 HH girl that just doesn't look right. Almost all tits are good, some are just better than others.

In general, I prefer real, mostly small or medium-sized tits, but if I like a girl and her tits fit to her shape, I don't care whether they are real or fake. A lot of my favourite stars have big and fake ones and, although it doesn't follow my general preference, I am far from considering them less attractive.
