First one for sure is Madison Ivy, last one could be Sandee Westgate.

Last one is most definitely Sandee, the tattoo on her shoulder is a giveaway. The middle one is Chanel Preston, who you can identify by her fairly distinctive tattoo. Well, that and the fact her name is in the image URL.
The other one you've tried to quote which I can neither see in your quote or the original, has Samantha Saint's name in the image URL, so I'm guessing it's a picture of her.
