It usually goes the other way. they start with fitness modeling and move to nude or porn for more work/$. (Catalina Cruz, Angel Veil, I think even Tera Patrick started that way.)

Its an absolute tragedy what happened to Catalina Cruz. She was so much better looking when she was doing fitness/softcore pics. If you ever join her paysite, look at her stuff from 2004. That is before she got her second boob job and before she lost her muscle tone. She had just started dabbling in hardcore videos. There are about six b/g videos where she looks good. I was a big fan of hers. Then she just let herself go. People complain about Devon Micheals losing her muscle tone, but I think she has done a much better job of keeping her muscle tone than Catalina Cruz did.
