Most of the girls are submitted to us by producers. We also have an in house production team that searches for new girls to shoot.
Once a producer finds the girl, he has to submit a test shoot to our content manager. Each of our models are hand selected by our content manager and must be "pre approved" before producers can schedule a shoot with the model. Since our content is 100% exclusive, we work very closely with our producers to create content that meets the look and feel of each individual site.
Most of my family members are not fully aware of exactly what I do. They know I "work on the internet" and that "I am in sales and marketing". I like to leave it at that. When they talk amongst themselves they just say that I "work on computers and work from home".
The ones that know have always been supportive. Initially they reacted with tons of questions but I try to keep things vague and none of them know which websites I work for. They know my marketing position puts me behind a desk and they are aware I've done some shooting. I never received criticisms as I've always been a photographer and shooting porn was just a way for me to do something that I enjoyed and was good at.
Ultimately they respect my decision as an adult to pursue employment in any industry as long as I am happy.

You are 21 and self sufficient. Marketing, sales, you've got a direction. Good for you. Here's my situation. You aren't my daughter or cousin. There's lots of room for shame here. I would NEVER seek out, or support ANY promotion for ANY ONE to look at my little girl naked.
So what if i found out. Well, I'd hope the best for you. You would probably succeed. Marketing in your blood. Market what you have, you took the risk. I DON'T HAVE TO LOOK AT YOU'RE NAKID FUCKING PICTURES! And if anyone else had a problem with that then they could just fuck off. I'll get yur back.

What suggestions/advice would you give to someone who wants to do your job one day? Where do you see yourself in 10 to 15 years? Do you see yourself doing the same job?
When applying for a position at any company, its always going to prove more difficult to be hired if you try to just walk through the front door and hand in your resume. Having a strong network built can significantly improve your chances of being hired in any industry. It's always good to "know people".
It's safe to assume I wouldn't be hired by a religious organization or the government but that's okay because it's not the path I am headed towards
I personally make an effort to keep small mainstream side projects which I can add to my resume.
In the end it's all the same.. traffic and conversions. All internet based companies know that adult is the king of traffic. Also, from a technical perspective, adult has it's respect in the mainstream world. Adult is known to be the early adopter of the latest tech (payment processing & video streaming technologies were pretty much first mass implemented by adult companies). I personally know a couple of people who work at Yahoo and Disney who used to have full-time positions at adult companies. Getting hired by a mainstream company would ultimately come down to personal opinion on how they view my skills and experience.
Maybe not the funniest, but FUNNY and worth sharing
That moment when you are on set and as the producer (usually within an hour of meeting a model) you have to ask her to strip down, bend over and spread so you can make sure she shaved well enough. Our members like extreme closeups and so a "hair check" is necessary if the model is shaved. Even though I might be directing her to do more later, this first moment when I have to get up close and personal without a camera in hand always makes me smile and blush.
We are launching a new Nubiles casting site and we needed a girl to be the female agent. I knew they wanted someone who could carry the interview and direct the model. My boss asked me if I wanted to be the agent...…& I respectfully declined
If I am behind my desk and I'm asked to do something, its very likely I will do it regardless of if it makes me uncomfortable ... but I prefer to stay behind the scenes.

I've been with Nubiles.net since 2006 and since then I've seen the company and portfolio of sites grow.
Watching the team conceptualize Anilos.com, launch it and continue to maintain & expand on it has been a huge learning experience. I was also around for the conception of NubileFilms.com and each of our new sites and having a voice within a company that I am proud to be a part of is extremely rewarding.
Whenever you have the money saved to maintain the lifestyle you are accustomed to.

One of my passions in life is snowboarding and when I travel I prefer to be active and adventurous so making a trip to BC would satisfy me on multiple levels
It's at the top of my 5 year plan to make the trip up north and stay for 3 weeks.
Professionally, the owners of the company. I have a very strong relationship with them personally and in the office. I have a lot of respect for their work ethics and their collective ability to create quality web products. Their trust in me alone pushes me to do more for them and this company.
Personally, my boyfriend. He's the happiness person I've ever met and that alone is an inspiration. Our relationship blossomed from sharing winters snowboarding together and just having fun. I truly believe that when you find something you love that you can share with someone, you will grow as a person and that happiness will inspire all parts of your life.
