OK, your third option there doesn't make sense. If I'm lying (which I'm not) then Pinupglam is telling the truth and she's working with them. If they're lying, and I'm telling the truth, then she has nothing to do with what happens to her content. You don't need a third option where we're both lying and she has nothing to do with what happens to her content...

I'm not claiming to have all the answers here, but from what little I do know it seems unlikely she's actively working with them.

And why would they need her input? They don't. But from a marketing standpoint it sure makes sense to make it seem like she's working with them doesn't it? Rather than alienate any of her fans by basically saying that they're releasing stuff without her input that she'd frankly rather have disappear forever?

Now it could also be that if there were any statuaits of limitations there might have been may have expireed and they could use them. Now I don't know if there were or not and I don't claim to. Just an idea of what it could be. I mean it was two years after her retirement that they released the photos. Or it could be the photo sets sloped down between their desk and file cabinet and were lost til they moved their office around and found them. Or the porn fairy came to pinupglam and left new photos of Eric under someones pillow. That's it. Oh come on who gives a shit if she is or isn't involved. She is not going to pose anymore. And that's the bottom line. And trust me I would love for her to make a return to the biz but don't see it happening.

Pin-up files have a queer way of showing sets of models on their site. The sets do not run consecutively and can be months & even years apart. Take a visit to their site and search for Erica and see the photos and videos that they have of her and look at the dates the sets were put up. Photos will be taken and split into sets to be shown at different times and I imagine that the same will happen with the videos - split into different parts and joined together to make two videos of the same subject. Just a thought!!!!

So don't believe me, I really don't care. But if you just do a little research you'll figure it out for yourself.
Models are typically paid a flat rate for the shoot (and BTW it's not nearly as much as You Might think) and then once they're done the photographer or producer owns the pictures and can do whatever they want with them. The model typically doesn't own anything or have any rights to the images.

I understand that. What I was wondering is where you are getting the more personal information.... you seem to be saying that you know Pinups is lying. Upon what are you basing this?

You've also made claims in the past about Erica being pregnant and having a child. You also seemed to indicate that her pregnancy had more to do with her quitting than her Christianity. Or have I misunderstood your posts?

I'm just wondering if I should take any of this seriously because you have insider information or if you're just some guy spouting a lot of BS you are making up off the top of your head. This is the internet after all.

Right, so what do you want me to say? I mean any claims I made would just be the ramblings of some random guy on the internet and wouldn't carry any water without proof. And even if I had proof I'm not about to share anything private with some other random guy on the internet. Frankly what I have said already was too much.
Of course I could be making all this up and using that as a convenient excuse to keep quiet.

But as for the rights of the pictures not belonging to her, that's pretty sound reasoning regardless.

I find it very peculiar that the Pinupglam doesn't come on this thread and respond to it considering they were on this thread a lot before, and they are on the Freeones messageboard almost everyday.

It seems to me that Pin-up files only come to the board when they have anything to sell!!
They appear very astute in the control of their merchandise.

To the people arguing why PinupFiles do what they do, or how they do it... if you're not Erica Campbell (or associated models or former models), and you're not related to them, and you have no contact with them... why the hell do you care? Some conspiracy theories, while not holding any water and make your eyes roll, can have the merit of "If it were true, it would be important," it might impact their lives in some way. Example, some government coverup. This, however, does not impact your life in any way, whatsoever, so does it really matter? I mean does it really matter?

Some people do care what Pin-up files are doing!! - they are suggesting that they have photos which have not yet been shown- and I can believe that - knowing how they distribute their pics and that they are trying to presume that they are new pics although in reality they have been taken months and sometimes years before. Get off your high horse and get down to reality - newer members should not be taken in. It all boils down to trying to con members into believing that they have new (not old) pics of her.

Simply put: If I'm going to pay for their service, I want to know what I'm getting.

Pinups came on here and implied heavily that they were "working on a new project with Erica". I enjoy Erica Campbell's photos enough that I would consider joining their website if this is true.

In addition, we have a guy who claims "personal information" when it comes to Erica.... or at least has in the past.

So to be frank Hypnofun, I could care less what her "personal life" is or isnt, but if this guy who claims knowledge of it can shed some light on whether or not Pinups is lying.... well, then that knowledge could be of interest to me and where I might spend my dollars.

So while what goes on in "her life" REALLY doesnt matter a tinker's damn to "my life".... whether or not she's actually posing for these folks, is releasing some unseen material, or these folks are simply recycling old stuff or just plain lying DOES matter to my wallet.

She's not posing. There may be unseen material, and pinupfiles may have some of it, but it's not hers to release. Yes, pinupfiles is recycling old stuff, just look at the 'tons of unreleased' material in the magic hour video that amounted to a slightly different edit of the magic hour video they released years ago. Plain lying? You be the judge.

We're not recycling old stuff -- we're releasing the FULL video, because the initial one that we released was only a couple of minutes long and in a much lower resolution and screen size. We're going back and remastering everything and releasing them all in full and at their full screen size with all the previously unreleased footage in full resolution. If you want to call that "recycling" I guess you can, but it's not really accurate. When movie studios put our remastered Blu-Ray versions or director's cuts of their movies, no one accuses them of "recycling".

i appreciate that pinups has released more of the video, i guess i got my hopes up, when they said full video i thought they meant allt he behind the scenes stuff uncut, like an hour worth of video, that really would be wonderful

hopefully the Fishnet, Glitter Bikini and Glamourcon stuff will be remastered too....320*240 was ok in 2005, but now its hurts when watching it on 22" screen ;)

it would have been nice if the webmaster had given a statement about the "special erica project" he announced serveral months ago. Are "Green Bikini" and "35mm Vol 3" this project or can we expect more really unpublished stuff?
