Both pictures have the exact same dress, setting, car, lighting etc etc.
So lets take an educated guess what would be more likely:
A) somebody photoshops the head of a well known actress on a unknown girl
or
B) somebody takes a picture of a well known actress and edits a random head on it..
that is a though one isn´t it?

Yep, that first slightly smaller pic is a fake...another way of confirming, taking a different approach from Mister R, if you look closely at all the smaller details like the shine in the shoes and ruffles in the dress that line up with the brickwork in the wall and other bits & pieces, you can see the only difference in the 2 pictures is the head. The earrings on the girl in the larger pic are evident too. Notice no earrings on the smaller pic if you zoom in a bit.
They have resized the picture deliberately to deceive you as well.
Conclusion...The first picture is definitely not Emma...period!
