Rubbish. It's a sequence Rey has performed literally thousands of times without anyone being hurt, because the onus is on the person throwing themselves onto the middle rope to not hurt themselves in the process. It's a freak accident and I don't understand where a case could even BEGIN for criminal negligence in what is, inherently, a sport where participants accept the risks to their physical injury by choosing to participate. It's hardly a Rockers/Chuck Austin situation, is it?

He broke his neck when he hit his head on that exposed crease by the apron after that Huracurana

He drug himself back in on pure adrenaline and then must have passed while he was hanging on the ropes and how is Mysterio supposed deduce that all in 30 seconds??

The old adage in pro wrestling is that the show must go on and that's why they finished the match.
