Funeral info, from Impactwrestling.com

Superstar Billy Graham announced tonight on Dave Meltzer's radio program that Eddie Guerrero's funeral will be held at his church in Phoenix, AZ in the next few days.

Graham was very close to Eddie outside of the ring, Graham said he has been asked by Eddie's wife to perform the service. Graham said that it will be an honor to preside over Eddie's service since he was so close to him.

it is believed that Eddie had suffered a fatal heart attack according to Meltzer which led to his death. Eddie has been clean and sober for overmfour years after dealing with drug abuse.

Graham said the funeral will be held on Wednesday.

On a side note, Eddie Guerrero's death has made the front page of Yahoo.com.

wow. i wasn't really into wrestling, but i knew of eddie through some of his accomplishments in the latino community.
rip

RIP, Latino Heat. You will be missed

oh dear, rip.

One of the greatest. I was truly sad when I found out today. He represented for my people. He and Benoit standing in the ring crying at Wrestlemania 20 is one of my fondest memories of wrestling. I'll miss him, truly.

Descanse en paz hermano... :crying:

R.I.P. to Eddie Guerrero. I don't follow wrestling much these days but this guy used to be on my television screen at least one night per week.

I know that he's struggled with many demons, but 38 is so young.

It's been rumored that he was going to win the World Title on the Sunday night tapings since Batista is injured (therefore, he would have been winning in this upcoming Smackdown).

I heard that he was brushing his teeth at his time of death, so he was not doing anything at the time which would lead to his death.

Your correct. He was schedeuled to win the title at the tapings tonight. I can't wait for Monday's Raw and Friday's Smackdown to see what tributes they have done for him. Both shows were actually taped this evening as a supershow, so there should be a lot of emotions coming from other wrestlers.

What channel's do they show Raw and Smackdown on? I haven't watched wrestling in so long, but I wanted to see the tributes too.

Don't watch Smackdown, might still be on UPN or whatever it was, Raw is back on USA now from 9-11 PM or at least thats the time it is on for me.

R.I.P, Eddie Guerrero. I just read he was found by Chavo and hotel security, and that he probably died of a heart attack. I also read that they found him with his tooth brush in his mouth so it must have been quick.

I don't think he had anything to do with narcotics, but I do know a lot of these athletes are using steroids.

My condolences go out to his wife and 3 children :(

WOW just seen the tribute to Eddie on Raw what an emotinal tribute truly beautiful...WWE played the perfect song Johnny Cash's "Hurt"...wow....he will be missed

MINNEAPOLIS -- There were no immediate signs of foul play in the death of a World Wrestling Entertainment star whose body was found in a Minneapolis hotel room, authorities said.

An autopsy to determine how 38-year-old Eduardo Gory Guerrero died was planned for Monday. On its Web site, the Stamford, Conn.-based WWE said Guerrero's body will then be flown to Phoenix and funeral arrangements are set for Wednesday in Scottsdale, Ariz.
