I myself don't know why scenes get deleted.
There might be more than one reason or cause.
In general, I can only try to make a few guesses (with no specific reference to Dylan's vids):
Upgrade of the website and loss of data.
4:3 ratio or Low Definition 16:9 videos are no longer considered to be modern and 'interesting' enough.
Some vids have not been downloaded for way too long and are therefore considered to be no longer profitable.
Some actors/actresses have (sadly) passed away, and keeping them online doesn't seem appropriate anymore (or maybe family/friends have requested to remove them).
Some scenes are no longer considered to be 'appropriate', like PSP (Pornstar punishment) related vids.
But your guesses are as good as mine.

Well, everything is possible, but, afaik, contracts for these scenes by adult companies are mostly a one-term pay-off thing for the model. The actor/actress signs a contract, gets the money, and after that the company is the sole owner of the copyrights and therefore has the right to decide what happens with it.
But, if something like that should happen (pornstar or family/friends requesting deletion for whatever reason, and the company agrees), then I think it would be logical that all scenes of the performer/model get deleted.
In Dylan's specific case, I just guess that those scenes get deleted because, after her retirement, she is no longer in the spotlights and therefore it's no longer profitable for Brazzers to advertize with her, which eventually will lead to (almost) zero downloads and, in the end, deletion. Of course, it also creates extra space on their data servers for vids and galleries by the new and still active generation(s) of porn stars.
It's still a guess though. But it's possible. Brazzers has been deleting scenes for years, mostly old scenes and/or scenes from retired porn stars.
I guess you are right, still a pitty though. The pics and scenes are just to beautiful and to me, you and other fans to meaningful. To me anyway, brought me so much, pleasure and downright good times. She was one of the finest for me!
