Ok, The rules on the site say Voters can vote once per hour per IP address during the voting period. (The acceptable amount of votes from the same IP address should not exceed 168 votes in the voting period; 1 vote per hour (24) multiplied by seven (7) days equals 168. Votes exceeding that margin will be voided toward the final tally of the contestant votes. Ballot stuffing (automated or otherwise) will result in said IP address being ****** during voting period. But 120 is the max on a friend's voting, she was kicked off. The vote is actually done on the first page, not the second with the larger picture.
