I think that is a young Dyanna Lauren.

She went on to be a big B list performer and then a director. She must have retired from performing 7 or 8 years ago.

Yeah it really does look like Dyanna Lauren, but at the same time it doesn't.....I was trying to cross check with other pics but I can't be sure, the tattoo and other things dont match up....I'm gonna have to hire Magnum PI to confirm if this bint is indeed Dyanna Lauren..
