Some pastor railing against Harry Potter is right up there with widescale rioting across the middle-east and asia where scores are killed and hundreds injured whenever a koran is threatened to be burned or allah forbid, actually is burned, nevermind satirizing the prophet in a comic and what that has led to.

If you're going to equate with what some christians have said or done when their religious sensibilities have been offended with the level of outrage in the islamic world at any perceived slight, then you haven't been paying attention, or worse.

The artist who submerged a crucifix in a jar of urine and covered a painting of Mary in excrement is still breathing and not under threat of death as far as I know. Substitute the crucifix for a koran and Mary for Muhammad and he'd be underground right now or in it.

I'm not talking about a priest protesting witchcraft in a fantasy book, I'm talking about Jeremiah Wright and his sermons, or Kevin Swanson saying gays should be executed, or Terry Jones talking about burning Korans. I'm not seeing Christians threatening death to anyone, so I suppose you've got me there, but I'm not seeing many examples of shining, exemplary Christian behavior the further I go down the rabbit hole. If a Christian is offended because the country isn't adhering to the tenets set forth by the Bible, such as gay marriage being legalized, their levels of butthurt seem to reach levels that keep them yelling as loudly as you say many Muslims get, minus the death threats and such.

So yeah, I guess you're right. We're not necessarily tolerant, but hey, we're not killing people over it, so we still come out ahead.

See, there is the difference between us. I have studied the facts and you post videos by a convicted felon that calls himself a "Doctor" even though his degree isn't from an accredited University. If you want to watch youtube videos I would suggest searching for Robert M. Price. There are many religions that predate the Bible that have the same stories. Actually read your book and tell us how it does not contradict itself. The very first story in the book contradicts itself. Tell me where the sons of Adam and Eve found wives if God only created one man and one woman. Did God keep creating women for the sons to marry?
