A snooze in that hardly anybody post or some other reason? I haven't went on Wizards' own messageboard for a long time now. I stick to other sites because I didn't like Wizards as much after fourth edition and at some point they changed all there websites to put more gimmicks into them which made them very unpractical to load with my connection's slow speed.
i dont know, its just boring. and you cant say shit, fuck, or post pictures of sasha grey.
but really, its kinda slow too.
So on tour, of Spain, I purchased some Q-Workshop dice. Only a couple to match my red-black-yellow dice set(s) which I have shown you before. And Squallumz, I'd reckon you would love this Q-Workshop dice set, instead of going for the smoky gem, take a look at this ---->Set of Transparent & black elvish www.q-workshop.com![]()
Meh....I volunteered to run a game at the Amsterdam meetup on the 13th. Since they already mentoned it, I can't back out but fuck I've been busy with Miss FreeOnes and haven't had time to finish the characters or adventure (going to be a savaged paranoia). Fuck me.
Oh well, on a brighter note my hubby found a box in a wood carving town in germany for the non-d10s he plays with. So he's done bitching (for now).
And on an even brighter note, after the MissFO party in Miami, I'm flying home for 2 weeks. I believe I'm being roped into a Deadlands game. Gaming while on holiday is never a bad thing. Especially when 99% chance there will be copious amounts of alcohol involved.
I would just be relieved that he has his own dice now and no longer has to play with The Loner Dice of Shame anymore.

Ha Ha, yeah seriously! I like D&D and I appreciate the boards being there, but I have to agree with you. Some of the navigation is unpractical. I am sure there are dozens of great stories being told there, and countless threads on play-tests but I haven't found them, nor have I barely looked because it seems too boring to do so. I'd appreciate more of a porn themed fantasy adventure on here thou to be honest (joking, joking) *I slay the dark elf priestess with my _______* ; )
While in Spain recently, and getting harassed by many a female and male street worker, I dipped into a book shop or two to be greeted on the shelves by D&D books en Espagnol ( joy ! )

I also met Christopher Paolini, author of Eragon ! (nope, I haven't read it yet either! But this was still pretty cool.)

i might be finally running my 4e ravenloft game. im rounding up the strangers who expressed interest earlier.
hopefully they wont be expecting a master of the game.
Just be honest with them up front that you're a newbie GM (or at least new to running games for non-family). That way they know what to expect. Just make sure to ask what they liked and didn't like after the session. Hell, even I do that when I run a game.
