I think the phrase, "Read The Fucking Article" applies here. If you had, you'd realize the Kotatu article details the fucking demo of the game. How in the fuck you can possibly say that's happened before is beyond me, but alas you have.

and the you posted just posted screens but did not give the details a dn screens and gameplay videos have come for the last many years but the game itself hasn't

This game better have a campaign that takes you about 100 hours to complete. Honestly, they couldnt have spent 10 years updating and re-updating the engine. This better have some interesting content.

there is no way this game will have a campaign that big

even games like FF 13 don't have that big campaign let alone DNF

also you have to take in account that they didn't spent all that time on a single engine

when new systems and consoles come,you have to rebuild the engine,they couldn't use the engine from that long ago even with updating it.

and that these days online is more concentrated on and devs just neglect main campaign

Well, after 2K games and Gearbox both confirming Forever IS going to be released in 2011 I think we all agree this is serious now, right? Seems they even bought the franchise, so maybe even more Duke Nukem to come...?
All they're going to do on Forever is polish the graphics, so don't know what to expect there, but since 2K and Gearbox released the magnificent Borderlands earlier on, I'm hoping for the best for this franchise from now on...!!
