For me this discussion is quite simple: You either see and value a woman as a person, than change in age and beauty is something that counts only a bit, or you see and value women by their looks, then they will always need surgery or makeup to do us guys right.
It's mainly a problem of how the majority of peopl look at (especially) women why all this discussion started at all. If we would put the same rules on our own looks we do with celebrities, at least 90% of us would only be allowed outside at night without light

I say that it is all the fault of our society to start all this nonsense of make up and photoshop . Nobody is perfect so why do you need to look perfect. It isn't the media that makes you as a person, it's yourself and the people around you who care.
