I love the responses. It happens at least a couple times a week. I don't want to take pills, my doctor suggested that too. I try to watch tv or mess around on the internet.
Have you tried sublingual melatonin? It's not a ****. Melatonin is a substance that the body produces naturally to fall ******. When your body doesn't produce enough, you can take it orally. Basically, you put a pill under your tongue and let it dissolve, and within 10 minutes you're out cold. I think you can find it at the health food store. You should try it sometime.
