You can .. ask your doctor .. any male over 40 should have it done regularly .. there CAN be false positives associated with a blood test method .. but there are also other signs too

Agreed. Some women who have a lot of anal sex have really nasty looking holes with obvious hemorrhoids, such as Brooke Haven. Others have browneyes that are subtly damaged with perhaps scars from healed tears, etc. A few women have ones that still look okay as far as external appearance goes. This agrees with what I've seen one proctologist say: "different people have different levels of susceptibility to anal problems..."
The rectum is another matter entirely, though. The rectal tissues are much more delicate than the anal tissues. As such, we can't judge internal health based only upon external appearance.
