This is a tricky situation. I see both sides to each argument. It's the ladies bodies and they're free to do what they want with them, but at the same time, just because it's a personal choice, doesn't mean it's not racist.

I also wouldn't necessarily call it racism. I would call it discrimination. Racism is the belief that one race is superior to another, which can lead to discrimination. Discrimination is unfair treatment of a person or group on the basis of prejudice.

It sounds like there is definitely some discrimination here, but let's be honest, we're not really talking about an industry that is based on what society considers very high morality. (Societies rules, not mine)

Consider this. Many people who watch porn could potentially be racist. If Porn Actress A does a scene with black Porn Actor B. Then Porn Actress A could offend and subsequently lose a good portion of her fan base because she engaged in IR. So it might not be that she doesn't like black men or women touching her, but she might be protecting her brand name.

I personally have no problem with IR scenes, but I have seen enough message boards and stupid comments around the internet to know that there are many that do. My personal opinion would be to go ahead and do the scenes if you wanted to and fuck the people that you would lose, again, it's definitely a personal decision.

Last but not least. Just because the girl can make her own decision about what she's comfortable with does not mean she's absolved from being discriminant or a racist. There are definitely racist actresses out there. I have seen interviews with girls that are blatantly racist. It's very sad, but just reminds you that there are those type of people in every industry/facet of life.
