Does anyone wear those tight shorts that just go above the knee?

I'm not talking about the old school vintage shorts from the 80's or cycling shorts, these shorts are different and more or a recent fad. They look tight, but they just go above the knee. I think they look cool, but I really can't find them at any of the local stores. Yes these shorts are for men and lots of normal guys wear them. They come in vibrant colors usually, and all the same length. Just above the knee and these shorts are tight, they kind of look like they are hugging the leg, but they are not. Kind of look like a shorter version of slim jeans (not skinny jeans).


Anyone know what I am talking about and does anyone wear them?
