I remember reading an article in GQ magazine saying that fake boobs are nice but at the end of the day you still have chucks of plastic in between you and your mate. I myself could never do it because I fear I would my sensitive tits that can make cum just from playing with them. I don't really have a preference of fake or real. I've experienced both and I like things and dislike things about both. My only preference is that I tend to like bustier girls, atleast a C-cup with E probably the top of the scale.

The only real advantage I see to fake breasts is that they support themselves and always appear full no matter what position the woman is in, but the drawback is the risk that it can turn out badly. However, your concern about losing sensitivity may actually be the inverse, as while I have limited experience in this, those that I do know said it actually made them more sensitive.

Oh, and the chunks of plastic are buried under your skin (and fat and muscle depending on where the implants are placed), so it's still you pressed against your mate, it's just saline or silicone filling you out instead of fat.

Too many people (guys and girls) are hung up on boob size. But I've seen girls with small boobs who were 100X sexier than girls with big boobs (real or fake), just because they carried themselves a certain way. But there are some girls who get boob jobs and they're so well done that you can't really tell. XO Gisele (I have old pics of her and I think she used to be an A cup) is that way, IMO - but she's one of the very few. Combine that with the fact that they have an innate sexiness about them and it's a win/win. But so many of the boob jobs that I've seen in real life and in pictures are a turn-off for me.
