It teaches children that if they are in a dilemma, the odds of coming out ahead depend heavily upon their physical appearance. Isn't that how the world works? We should reward Disney for preparing children for the harsh realities that await them later in life. Bottom line: if you want to be happy in life, you can't be ugly. That's a good lesson...
