Obviously you don't recognize the media as the most sexist, racist and exploitive industry we have in the United States. It may not be the "sole profit" realization, but is
very much a part of the "overall profit strategy."
South Park just more recently had an
excellent "in your face" reality on Disney, using a male band as an example of what they are really about. If you honestly think that there aren't thinking as such, then you don't realize that business is about maximizing profit to every detail.
Those of "creative drawing" at Disney are actively encouraged to "exploit it" because it often aligns itself well with that "real agenda" that is a "real part" of the "overall profit strategy." I don't say that out of assumption, but first hand exposure.
One could be sickened and even want to boycott Disney and other entities because of such. But the reality is that it's just part of the industry altogether.
So you have to decide if you're going to be "offended selectively" or "offended in general" or just "okay, this is the reality, so fucking what?" Although it is very hypocritical to go after people in the US who look at porn of UK models who
legally model at 16-17 (and are
not being exploited in the UK, which is the entire foundation of the US law -- that it's a crime because it exploits minors, which is not the case in the UK where the models are), yet not after Disney and the like that do the same, damn thing.
BTW, if you want an example of what I'm talking about, Lindsey Dawn McKenzie (LDM) modeled -- nude (legal in the UK) at age 16-17. Look at her pictures at that age and let me know if that "sickens" you? Especially compared to what Disney has purposely done in both cartoon and in non-animated motion pictures.
