According to the USGS, it was a 5.0, not 5.5.

It happened at 1.41pm approximately. It was a 5.5 from just above Cumberland Ontario along the Ontario/Quebec border.

Nope I was once known to have ***** through a chemical plant explosion a mile from where a live several years ago.
It was absolute devastation here in Columbus. See picture below:
