And they tend to be more feminine looking than biological women, which will make more traditionally heterosexual men interested. But since it is proven birth condition, few will be as insensitive as to call them men, like they have a field trip over transgender women... although biologically speaking, they carry a Y chromosome as well.
I have heard of these XY women. And I can definitely say that if she was hot, born with a vagina, and had perky titties and little to no body hair... Yes I would be all over it. Unfortunately, this conditions result in sterility most of the time. So it is not possible to get pregnant...and please don't tell me sterile women are any less of women.
