And for your information---Most Republican politicians do not ever serve in the military. They prefer that the working class fight the wars. But they also don't like to fund military benefits for soldiers upon return either....which is as cowardly and despicable as dodging the draft.

well i watched the whole thing now. the film alleges that cheney not only faked evidence for the current iraq war, but also for the first one when he was defence minister under bush senior.
it also says that he still had millions of dollars in halliburton stocks while serving as vice president- i thought he would have had to sell those/give them to ****** to avoid a conflict of interest. i guess i was wrong.

Yup. He was pretty much banging out the intel on his laptop that Colin Powell had to then sing and dance to the UN. Was it really a surprise that Colin Powell resigned immediately after that?
I'm not so sure about Gulf War 1, though. I think George H.W. Bush was not an idiot, had actual, defended reasons for Gulf War1 and the "prescience" to not occupy and reconstruct Iraq indefinitely. It's amazing how "free" the American people are with spending tax dollars to build a foreign country, but chaff and cry and blubber over spending tax money domestically....
