Another thing, I'm sick of all the ignorant people out there. Just because a women is skinny and has huge breasts it doesn't mean they're fake.

Sure, slender women with naturally large chests to exist. What seems unlikely though, is a massive growth of fat (that's what breasts are, after all) in one area of the body, with no change elsewhere.

It's simply not possible to spot reduce/increase fat -- if it was, you'd see fat people with six-packs, and there wouldn't be any point in having breast implants.

Why is it so rare for her to do shoots where she's lying on her back? When she does do them, she's almost always cupping her tits. With natural breasts, the effect of gravity flattens them out somewhat, and shifts up towards the shoulders or down towards the sides. Denise Milani's breasts don't do that, as far as I can tell.
