From what I hear she is not retired just re-organizing everything after her legal battle. She claims to be 29/30 but she may be older.

To my knowledge Denise has never represented anything other than April of 1980 as being when she was born, making her 30 years and 4 months old now.

Does it really matter? Her looks haven't faded a even a skoshe from when she first started up with Sports by Brooks some 5 years ago.
Whether she decides to rejuvenate her modeling career after the legal mess is finally cleaned up is another matter, but if not it won't be because she doesn't have the tools to do it.

Denise took the last name "Milani" as part of her personal marketing (or to "hide her identity"), because her real one is hard to pronounce/remember.
