You'd be surprised, I've seen some amazing breast lift jobs done on Dr. 90210. Depending on how good the surgeon is and what he/she has to work with, they can make it look like a girl got implants when she wears clothes, its censored but when the chick showed her friends you can tell they dropped a little, fakes don't do that because the implant holds them up bot the bra or bikini top.
