I don't think it has anything to do with the scars, because she'd just easy photoshop those scars out... I think Denise is kind of religion, that why she doen't do fully nude.
I believe that all religions are just created by somebody who is convincing enough! And thats what Denise is in her beautiness!

In the same sentence You say that if she says they're real, just have to believe her, and right after that Your theory is the reason she doesn't do nude is that she doesn't want people to see plastic surgery scars. That's innerly contradictory. If You think You have to believe her, You can't have the scars theory, and, viceversa, if You have the scars theory, You can't think You have to believe her. BTW, the scars thing look very probable to me too.

Were I a Photoshop expert...hint, hint...I would conjecture via my keyboard as to just what Ms Milani would look like topless.
No, there's no guarantee I'd be accurate in what I'd create, but then, the truth is, aside from her lovers (and support staff), it may well be that nobody will ever know 'what they look like'.
And so as I Photoshopped to my heart's content, the 'source' material I'd use would belong to a few choice models.

I merely suggested that, seeing as everyone wants to know what she looks like nekkid, that if a Photoshop genius put in the time, and if they used the three women I suggested, they'd come up with some pretty good approximations.

This discussion is eternal, but then so is our collective obsession with Milani's invisible nipples. My sense is that Milani ALREADY HAS been photographed topless. These photographs will surface on her Web site as soon as her popularity wanes / stagnates. She is holding them in reserve as a fixed asset.
